WHO WE ARE

KST Maritime Pte Ltd operates towage services in the port of Singapore. KST Maritime (KST) was established in 1991 as a joint venture between Keppel Shipyard Investments Pte Ltd and Smit Singapore Pte Ltd.

In 2003, KST Maritime partnered with Straits Perkasa Services Sdn Bhd to form a joint venture partnership, resulting in the establishment of KSP Towage Sdn Bhd (KSP) which operates towage services in major ports and oil/gas terminals throughout Malaysia.

The parent company Rimorchiatori Mediterranei is top of the range service provider. The group is always willing to learn, to fine-tune operations and to respond to customers’ needs. Our Group operates in Italian ports (Genova, Salerno, Ravenna, Trieste, Ancona, Ortona, Vasto, Termoli, Pescara, Milazzo, Augusta, Catania, Pozzallo, Siracuse), in Malta, (Valletta, Marsaxlokk), in Norway (Floro), in Greece (Athens), in Colombia (Santamarta) and under KST in Singapore and in Malaysia. The group operates a fleet of Powerful and modern tugs, which has improved tug maneuverability and reduced towing service time. This constant upgrading of the fleet has always been a “priority” for the harbours in which the Group operates.

Assets

KST Maritime and KSP Towage, with the fleet and professionality trained crew, provides various services as mooring and unmooring of vessels, offshore assistance, long distant towage and salvage. In Asia pacific, the company owns, manage and operates a versatile fleet of 61 highly manoeuvrable Azimuth Stern Drive (ASD) Harbour tugs ranging from 3000 to 6700 BHP.
